Project Summary: 

 The new four-story building, designed and constructed for the United Stated Army Garrison based in northern Italy, provides housing for 230 personnel. The reinforced concrete structure is built with exterior walls finished in portland cement stucco, and has both low-slope and steep tiled roof systems. The new facility was deisng and built to conform with requirements for LEED Silver certification.

George Houk and BPA provided a full range of building envelope commissioning services including focused reviews of design and construction documents, development of commissioning specification and test plans, monitoring of construction progress and oversight of building envelope performance verification testing on the completed building.
