Project Summary:
The City of Portland is carrying out an initiative to renovate three of Portland’s oldest elementary schools.
Longfellow Elementary School: The project includes a two-story addition onto the back of the school. Construction budget is $10.5 million.
Presumpscot Elementary School: The project includes a new administrative area, cafeteria and classroom spaces, as well as a new entry. Construction budget is $9.75 million.
Reiche Elementary School: The project includes a new main building entrance, and extensive interior renovations. Construction budget is $15.75 million.
