Hebron High School-Multipurpose Addition

An addition to the existing Hebron High School in a growing community north of Dallas will provide the school with athletic practice and competition facilities for basketball, football, wrestling and golf in 81,614 square feet of enclosed floor area. Building envelope systems include flat and steep-sloped roofing, masonry veneer, glazed curtainwall and translucent panel systems.
BPA is the building envelope commissioning agent for the project. Services during the design phase have included technical review of the construction documents with a focus on air barrier continuity, thermal performance, and protection against water intrusion. BPA will provide commissioning services during the construction phase to include reviewing submittals, monitoring the progress of construction of the exterior enclosure, and overseeing performance testing of critical envelope systems.
