Arlington Village Townhouse is a condominium community comprised of 595 living units in 28 buildings constructed in 1937 – 1941, located on a 42 acre wooded parkland setting in northern Virginia just off Columbia Pike and within minutes of Washington DC.  The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a prime example of a garden-style, planned community. The large wooded  property is a certified Natural Wildlife Habitat.

BPA performed a Physical Condition Assessment of the condominium’s common elements. Our team of architects and engineers reviewed documents, performed a comprehensive examination of the buildings and site improvements to identify material and system types and conditions, and compared findings with expected service lives of existing materials, systems and equipment. The data gathered by BPA was used to prioritize the repair and replacement of architectural and structural systems and common mechanical and electrical equipment, providing Arlington Village with a valuable tool for long-term capital planning.
